All of my orders are custom made for you. For this reason, I do not keep much material or actual products in stock. In most cases, the actual pictured products are no longer available.

When placing orders from the website please remember to include all the information on the forms. This will help ensure that your product fits properly.

If you have material that you would like me to use, you are free to mail it to me. Please let me know ahead of time so I can tell you how much to buy. Along with your package, include a copy of your receipt so that I can subtract that cost off of your purchase price.

I only accept returns within 14 days of receipt of package if the items are unwashed and still in good condition. The refund will exclude my original shipping cost. If there was a gross mistake on my part, I will refund the shipping and pay for return shipping. Please contact me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE with any problems.

I accept and prefer PayPal, but will accept checks, money orders, and well-concealed cash. As always, I will not be held responsible for lost mail, and orders will not be started until the check clears. This could be up to 2 weeks after I receive it. (This is why I prefer PayPal - we are BOTH protected!).
